The MightyZone "AutoValet" air unit has been designed for use in commercial car washes. The unit has been designed with "ease of use" in mind. The unit operates on a simple push button basis for activation and will ozonate the car for a pre-programmed period of time. Once Timer has "timed out" the unit indicates that is ready for the next car to be treated and the car is safe to enter. The unit comes complete with a usage counter and large, bright LED indicators.

They can be used in pools up to 100 000 litres and provide an effective and healthier replacement for chlorine. These units can be fitted to any pool in mintues. Units are supplied as standalone units or as D.I.Y pool kits comprising of: 1x MightyZone ozonator, 1x Venturi Injector, 1x Non-Return Valve, 1x Air Filter, and 2 metres of silicone tubing
The MightyZone range can also be used for various other applications such as potable water and sewerage treatment systems. These units can be fitted with a variable ozone output control allowing you to adjust ozone output levels.

The MZLC-Multi Ozone controller is used for controlling & monitoring the Ozone Generators output levels as well as controlling various external components of the particular system such as Oxygen Concentrators, Compressors, Level Float sensors, Solenoids, Circulation Pumps etc. Depending on the application, ORP or PID controllers can be used to monitor and control ozone output in the system as well as give alarm ( audible / visual ) signals according the the ozone level status. Controllers are custom designed according to the customers system requirements and modes of operation. .
We also carry a range of Accessories including mini air compressors, non-return valves, venturi-injectors, silicone tubing and various connectors.
